Belum lama ini, Kementerian Negara Riset dan Tekhnologi Indonesia telah mengadakan pertemuan dan pembicaraan dengan Eugene Kaspersky (CEO/Pemilik Kaspersky Labs dan Pembuat Kaspersky Internet Security & Anti Virus) guna menjajagi kerjasama riset khususnya di bidang sistem keamanan tekhnologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK).

Rencana dan penjajagan kerjasama riset tersebut dilatarbelakangi kondisi makin maraknya ancaman dan serangan Malware komputer di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia,

Seperti ditulis oleh situs inilah.com, seusai pertemuan dengan pembuat AntiVirus Eugene Kaspersky, Staf Ahli Menristek bidang TIK, Prof. Dr. Engkos Koswara, mengatakan:

“Security itu sangat penting. Bayangkan, sekarang transaksi keuangan saja sudah e-banking, membayar telepon, listrik, air, dan lainnya cukup lewat internet.” “Berbagai sitem di Indonesia kini sudah online dan memiliki resiko diserang Malware, karena itu dibutuhkan banyak ahli di bidang security ini.” “Sejauh ini Indonesia masih sibuk dengan hal-hal lain dan belum fokus ke sana (security.red), tapi yang penting kami punya data pendukung dan semacamnya.” Ditambahkannya bahwa di Indonesia memiliki cukup banyak ahli dalam membuat virus. (Penulis: sebenarnya lebih banyak para pencontek virus orang lain atau pemakai virus generator daripada yang benar-benar ahli/pakar pembuat/programmer virus, Pak! )

Sementara itu, Eugene Kaspersky menyatakan bahwa saat ini Indonesia memang belum menjadi sasaran para pembuat virus/malware, karena para cracker/penyerang cenderung bermotivasi mendapatkan uang  dengan dengan menyerang lubang-lubangpada sistem  keamanan TI. Namun, Indonesia tidak berarti aman, karena tetap berpotensi mendapatkan serangan Malware kapan saja. (Penulis: dari dulu Indonesia sudah sering jadi importir virus, bahkan sekarang sudah termasuk salah satu exportir virus terbesar di dunia, Pak! )

Eugene Kaspersky menambahkan tips bagaimana kita bisa lebih aman dari serangan Malware, yakni sistem yang dianggap sangat penting janganlah dikoneksikan dengan internet, dan janganlah menggunakan DVD ROM, USB, dan sebagainya. (Penulis: Pakai mesin ketik tradisional saja ya, Pak! pasti aman dari malware! )

Ditambahkan oleh Eugene Kaspersky, ia menekankan kepada pengguna TIK, bahwa teknologi informasi selalu beresiko dan antivirus adalah salah satu cara untuk mengurangi resiko tersebut. Menurut Kaspersky Labs., Virus paling berbahaya dalam enam bulan terakhir ini adalah “Kido” (“Conficker”), jadi sangat perlu hati-hati dan diwaspadai.

“Sangat tidak bisa dibayangkan jika belajar, bekerja, dan berkomunikasi tanpa internet. Sayangnya internet sangat penuh dengan bahaya.”

Menurut Penulis, langkah Ristek Indonesia tersebut sangat tepat, dengan alasan:

1. Ancaman dan serangan Malware dari seluruh dunia bukannya kian berkurang, namun kian bertambah banyak dan mengganas, makin tinggi tingkat kuantitas jumlah Malware dan serangan Malware, maupun tingkat kualitas teknik serangannya dan Malware Programming itu sendiri. Oleh karenanya, kewaspadaan/kehati-hatian dan pengetahuan tentang keamanan komputer dan jaringan komputer belumlah cukup, maka diperlukan penanganan dan pengamanan khusus yang serius oleh para Pakar Keamanan Komputer yang dilakukan sebagai langkah antisipasi menghadapi ancaman dan serangan baru dari seluruh Malware yang ada di planet bumi ini.

Makin maraknya kemunculan Blog-Blog dengan Konten-Konten Negatif, tentu sangatlah memprihatinkan bahkan menyakitkan hati banyak orang, terutama bagi orang-orang yang dijadikan sasaran dari pemuatan konten-konten tersebut ataupun orang-orang yang ikut terkena dampak negatif dari konten-konten negatif tersebut.

Tekniknya, Si Pelapor tinggal meng-KLIK Ikon Flag (Bendera) yang terdapat pada bagian atas kiri Blog yang bersangkutan.  Bila Ikon Flag (Bendera) tersebut ter-KLIK, maka secara otomatis akan men-trigger instruksi sistem untuk memberitahukan kepada Blogspot server/management guna menyampaikan Blog Deletion Request. Semakin banyak Ikon Flag (Bendera) tersebut ter-KLIK, maka potensi penghapusan Blog oleh Manajemen Blogger.com akan lebih cepat dan lebih besar pula.
